Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- The garage is not available for guest use.
- A web cam is located on the front exterior of the home facing only the incoming driveway for security purposes.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. The primary guest must sign the agreement and be present for the reserved dates.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Nights in Camelot allows up to 1 dog per reservation with a pet rent of $25 per night.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- The home is in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents. Please be respectful of the neighborhood.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated receptacle.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to the property manager more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling at least a week in advance. Two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Pet rent is $25 per night for 1 dog (maximum 1 dog per reservation).
Parking Information
- Free parking is provided. There is enough parking at this home for 3-5 vehicles.

- Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics provided.
- Dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, clothes washing machine, and clothes dryer are available.
- High-speed internet is available.
- Towels and linens are provided.
- Laundry basics provided.
- There is a starter set of paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
- Hot tub and balcony are available.

Safety and Emergency Information
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March). Travelers should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle and chains if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
